Members and membership
Online applications, approval, membership numbers, membership types, history, renewals, membership fees, roles, member cards and self-service accounts.
DobrýChov brings together membership records, dogs, pedigrees, health data, breeding administration, club events and payments. Its modules can be adapted to the rules and day-to-day needs of individual clubs.
Membership records, dogs, pedigrees and breeding administration are linked to club event entries and payments. An entry can use the existing member and dog records instead of requiring the organiser to enter them again.
Modules cover members, dogs, pedigrees, breeding, health, events, payments and documents. Records, roles, forms and breeding procedures can be adapted to the club and the rules of its breeds.

A dog is more than a row in a list. The record can include owner, breeder, identification, microchip, photos, documents, health results, breeding status and any other information the club tracks.
Pedigrees are built from the relationships between individual dogs. You can explore ancestors and descendants, examine family lines and calculate the coefficient of inbreeding (COI) from pedigree data.
Breeding dogs, eligibility requirements, breed-specific health requirements, matings, litters, puppies, breeding history and breeding restrictions.
Shows, trials, assessments, seminars, meetings and other events. Online entries can work directly with member and dog records and can be linked to payments.
Membership fees, event fees and other club services. DobrýChov can connect to payment gateways, banking services or invoicing systems and track payment status.
Rules, forms, meeting records, profile attachments and other club documents. Access can follow roles, and the same membership database can support targeted communication.
A form does not have to be a blank document. If DobrýChov already knows the member or dog, those records can be reused in mating requests, litter reports, assessments or other club processes.
Members manage their own details and dogs. Breeding officers work with breeding records. Access to membership records, events and payments is assigned according to each person’s responsibilities in the club.
Manages profile, dogs, membership, event entries and payments within the access provided by the club.

Depending on permissions, they work with membership, finance, events, documents, roles and system settings.
It is not a generic membership database with a “dog” field added later. The features come from real membership and breeding administration.
Clubs differ in constitutions, breeding rules, breeds, health requirements, roles and forms. DobrýChov can reflect those differences.
Members and administrators can work in either language, so DobrýChov is not limited to the Czech market.
Payment gateways, invoicing services and banking tools can be connected as needed. Membership fees and event payments can then be linked to their respective records.
Two licence options cover different areas of club administration. Setup, data migration and further customisation can be arranged separately.
